On the Repair Certification Program:
"I've learned how to check and repair/replace equipment problems properly. There are many things I have learned that I don't do now like threading the nut back to the torque plate while taking out a link. I am going to enjoy slowly going to each piece of equipment to check for proper functions and look forward to a maintenance schedule!"
