“I have learned more in one week than I could have ever learned by myself in years. Knowing how to diagnose the source of a problem in the tunnel or back room without just guessing and hoping that the repair I made was the right one. Also the fact that I won’t have to call a repair guy and be charged high labor costs. Learning to give the customer the “pickle” will benefit me as well.”
