“I wanted to take just a minute to express my deep appreciation ... for the outstanding week of training on management. I am convinced that the principles taught to us serve as the foundation for any successful business, especially the car wash business. I was able to come home and develop a 40 item checklist of things that I need to accomplish over the next 6 months in preparation of our grand opening in late spring. I am also convinced that what I took away from the management training will in the end save us thousands of dollars over the life of our business. My dad had a furniture store in a small town during my childhood. I watched him create raving fans all of my life and I look forward to doing the same.
