Refund Policy
- All fees for CarWash CollegeTM programs are non-refundable. However, one rescheduling is allowed for a charge of $100. This will be automatically applied to a customer’s credit card.
- If an enrollee does not attend the second time, the entire enrollment fee is forfeited. All unused fees are automatically forfeited on December 31 of the year following the payment of the enrollment fee.
- Please be advised of a new policy for CarWash CollegeTM that goes into effect on July 1, 2007.
- What the new policy means is that if you paid for an enrollment in 2006, you have until December 31, 2007 to utilize the fee or it will be forfeited.
- If you paid for an enrollment in 2007, what the new policy means is that if you did not attend a program that you were enrolled in, and if you do not attend on the second time, your enrollment fee will be forfeited.
