Purpose of Program>

This course takes production training to the next level — learn how to raise ticket averages and minimize human resource costs by learning the production procedures and how to manage them.

As a result of this course, even the most seasoned veterans will return to their car washes better equipped to process more cars and improve car counts using some of the 'best practices' in the industry for managing a high volume production facility.

After attending the Car Wash Management II Certification Program participants will have a better understanding of the most effective ways to manage the production areas at the car wash. Participants will have the knowledge to implement effective production procedures, including those utilizing express detail services. They will have learned ideas and procedures that can help raise ticket averages and will know how to appropriately schedule employees to minimize human resource costs. Applying these learning's at the wash will increase the ability for participants to provide consistency, reliable service, and produce a clean, dry, shiny car.
