After Day 1:

1. Understand the three elements of building a successful team
2. Apply effective vacuuming procedures
3. Apply effective prepping procedures
4. Apply effective drive-on procedures
5. Apply management techniques for the entrance of the car wash

After Day 2:

1. Apply effective drive-off procedures
2. Apply effective dry-down procedures
3. Manage the quality of the services
4. Maintain the appearance of the facility

After Day 3:

1. Effectively schedule employees for the car wash
2. Minimize HR costs to increases profits
3. Apply express wax procedures
4. Apply express super-clean procedures
5. Manage the express detail area

After Day 4:

1. Utilize customer service and sales processes
2. Apply coaching techniques for employee motivation
3. Set obtainable goals for employees
4. Identify what tools are used to assist in effective car wash operations

After Day 5:

1. Create an action plan for improving a car wash
2. Use computer software as a tool to manage operations
