Purpose of Program>

Applying standardized production procedures at a car wash will positively affect the bottom line. The Production Training program will help participants master these standardized procedures utilizing combined training methods. Using combined training methods increases ones' retention significantly. This programs structure provides 85% hands-on procedural training at a working car wash and 15% traditional classroom training to participants.

As a result of this course, even the most seasoned veterans will return to their car washes better equipped to process more cars and improve car counts using some of the 'best practices' in the industry for high volume production.

After attending the Production Training Certification Program, participants will have the knowledge to implement effective production procedures at the car wash including those utilizing express detail services. Participants will learn a simple, yet effective, way to train other employees on the new procedures they learned.
