Training Outcomes

Each morning is spent learning the production procedures. During the afternoon, participants apply and refine their newly acquired skills on-site, at the car wash. On the last day of training, a comprehensive Q & A session is held to review the week’s curriculum.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will receive a training certificate, indicating that they have been trained on production procedures for a Flex-Serve and Full-Serve car wash. A Master's certificate can be earned by the successful completion of additional classroom programs. The Production Training certificate indicates that the student has learned to:

After Day 1:

1. Apply effective vacuuming procedures
2. Apply effective drive-on procedures

After Day 2:

1. Apply effective drive-off procedures
2. Apply effective dry-down procedures

After Day 3:

1. Apply express wax procedures
2. Apply express super-clean procedures
3. Apply express carpet procedures
4. Apply express seat procedures

After Day 4:

1. Understand the proper operation of car wash equipment
2. Understand the computer software
3. Understand the tunnel controller functions

After Day 5:

1. Supervisor training in the production areas
2. Properly train employees on procedures
